How the monthly settlement operates.

Baseline protection

Before launch, your baseline visibility is audited and locked. Questions for which your brand already ranks natively cannot be sold to you as performance outcomes.

The 30 day cycle

Each campaign maps one buyer question on one engine. At the end of the cycle we calculate aggregate Answer Presence across randomised, locale pinned sample runs.

Measurement and Assessment Fee

When the agreed outcome is not achieved, $3,000 is returned automatically. The $1,000 retained is the Measurement and Assessment Fee, covering verified sampling and the permanent authority assets that compound into the next cycle.

Verified measurement infrastructure

Twenty plus fresh sessions per question, per engine, per month, spread across days, locale pinned and engine version logged. All results are timestamped and compiled into your monthly run logs, re runnable by your team.

Permanent authority assets

Production and indexing of permanent entity data, structured schema overrides and verified publication citations. These assets remain live on the open web and compound your foundational authority heading into the next indexing cycle.

Commercial rules.

  • One campaign equals one buyer question on one AI engine. Scaling is priced on shared authority work. An additional engine on the same question adds $1,200 per month (thirty percent), a closely related buyer question adds $2,000 per month (fifty percent), and a new unrelated category is a new campaign at $4,000. Settlement applies pro rata per unit.
  • Minimum term of three months, being one full cycle of build, index and verify, the physical time required for graph expansion to be crawled and processed by LLM training loops and live search indices.
  • Attribution is immaterial by design. Your team and other partners continue their work. The only referee is the measurement, and it applies in both directions.
  • No guaranteed rankings. Anyone promising them is guessing. We guarantee the measurement and the settlement rule: outcome achieved, or $3,000 returned.

How is the outcome defined?+

Before launch, we agree the specific outcome for the campaign against a locked day zero baseline. It is one of: new recommendation (not listed becomes listed), higher recommendation position, higher frequency across sampled runs, or expansion to another buyer question or engine. That single agreed outcome is what the month is measured against.

What counts as a verified recommendation?+

Your brand is explicitly named, cited or recommended within the primary text response of the target AI engine during the month's sampled runs. Twenty plus fresh sessions per question, spread across days, locale pinned and engine version logged. All data points are appended to your monthly run logs.

Do I own the permanent authority assets if I cancel?+

Yes. Published citations, entity records and structured data remain live under their host publications and directories. What ends with cancellation is the ongoing verification, expansion and re mapping work that keeps Answer Presence stable as models drift.

How is engine volatility handled?+

The reported Answer Presence is the aggregate rate across the month's twenty plus sampled runs per engine, per locale, not a single screenshot. Model updates and per run variance are absorbed into the measurement rather than distorting it.

What if I am already listed on the target question?+

That question cannot be sold to you as an outcome. Baseline protection is measured at day zero. We agree the next level up, for example a top three or first mention position, or a different question.

What happens if I stop the programme?+

AI answers refresh constantly and Answer Presence decays without maintenance. This is a property of the engines, not a lock in, and it is why the fee follows the outcome month by month rather than being paid up front.
